And now for your unbelievable headline of the day.

Justin Bieber is being sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars. The reasoning behind the legal dispute? Allegedly the Biebs beat his bodyguard to a pulp—yeah, we’re having a hard time believing it too.

But, according to TMZ, a man by the name of Moshe Benabou is suing the “Boyfriend” singer for man-slapping him silly, while also verbally abusing him.

If the basic details of the sob story don’t set off an immediate red flag for you, consider this: Benabou is an ex-member of the Israeli army.

So you have Justin, a 5 foot, 7 inch man-boy, who probably weighs in somewhere around—as TMZ kindly guesstimates—130 pounds, against a former member of the troops that hold their ground on a daily basis against terrorists and Palestinian forces… And Bieber won?

Yeah… OK.

But according to the blushing brute, who reportedly worked under the boy wonder from March 2011 to October 2012 and lied about working with Justin Timberlake in the past, that’s exactly what happened.

Based on the Benabou’s account, the gossip site writes this:

“JB berated him and punched him in the chest multiple times during a disagreement about how to handle a member of Bieber’s entourage.”

The accuser is seeking $420,000—a funny coincidence considering JB’s recent weed controversy—and unspecified damages.

The Canadian star has been accused of physical confrontations with photogs in the past, but never with anyone on his own team.

As expected, Bieber’s camp is denying the “absurd” charges, writing Benabou off as a “disgruntled employee looking for money.”

Oddly, Justin’s team still considers him a “good guy,” probably hoping that the charges will blow over.
