Jennifer Lawrence really has a way with words.
Despite being the star of the most popular tweenage movie trilogy aside from Twilight, and despite recently being named the “world’s most desirable woman,” Jennifer Lawrence is not a fan of the thing that made her successful: Acting.
“Not to sound rude, but [acting] is stupid,” she tells the new issue of Vanity Fair. Well okay…
“Everybody’s like, ‘How can you remain with a level head?’ And I’m like, ‘Why would I ever get cocky? I’m not saving anybody’s life. There are doctors who save lives and firemen who run into burning buildings. I’m making movies. It’s stupid,” says the actress.
Yeah, all that money and fame is so stupid. She’s totally right, why am I writing this, I should start writing more stories about firemen…
That being said, Jennifer is obsessed with other actors.
“One time someone was introducing me to Bill Maher and I saw Meryl Streep walk into the room, and I literally put my hand right in Bill Maher’s face and said, ‘Not now, Bill!’ and I just stared at Meryl Streep. I just creepily stared at her.”
Jennifer Lawrence has entered the race as my new BFF. Hay gurl, let’s get froyo?
