Salami, Goat Cheese, and Fennel Baguette
- 1 fresh, soft baguette
- 1.5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 ounces thinly sliced salami
- 2 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 1/2 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
Wrap in wax paper. Pack in adult lunchbox, eat as lunch.
