Brown Bag Baguette Sandwich

Crisp and thinly sliced fennel adds brightness and crunch to every-day meat and cheese sandwiches.

Salami, Goat Cheese, and Fennel Baguette

  • 1 fresh, soft baguette
  • 1.5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced salami
  • 2 ounces fresh goat cheese
  • 1/2 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced

Form sandwich. 

Wrap in wax paper.  Pack in adult lunchbox, eat as lunch.
