A Pisco Sour isn’t the only way to rock the national spirit of both Peru and Chile. This refreshing cocktail combines the fresh aromatics of a pisco with the bite of ginger, making it the perfect cocktail for any occasion, whether out at the bar with friends or hiking the Inca Trail to the top of Machu Picchu.

2 oz Pisco

.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

2 Bar Spoons of Sugar or Simple Syrup

Ginger Beer Fill

3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Lime Wheel for Garnish

Build this drink in a Collins glass. Begin by icing your glass. Squeeze in the lime juice. Spoon in sugar and stir with the lime juice. Add pisco and top with ginger beer. Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a lime wheel.
