2 oz Pisco
.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
2 Bar Spoons of Sugar or Simple Syrup
Ginger Beer Fill
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Lime Wheel for Garnish
Build this drink in a Collins glass. Begin by icing your glass. Squeeze in the lime juice. Spoon in sugar and stir with the lime juice. Add pisco and top with ginger beer. Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a lime wheel.
