Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is not one for Halloween, which feels like a missed opportunity because, as anyone who's been on his cooking competition shows like Hell's Kitchen or Kitchen Nightmares will tell you, he can be f**king terrifying.

Thankfully, Ramsay took to Jimmy Kimmel Live to give some tips on how to stay on his good side on Halloween. More specifically, he noted the five worst Halloween candies and "treats" one can give out on the spooky holiday, with his signature, fit-throwing shtick baked in.

Smarties: "Seriously, the perfect combination of aspirin and Tums. Smarties are for f**king dummies."

Circus Peanuts: "How f**kin' sad are they? You know what Circus Peanuts are? Clown sh*t!"

Candy Corn: "It's not candy, it's not corn, it's ear wax formed in the shape of a rotten tooth."

Apples: "Do I look like a f**kin' teacher, mate? Let me give you a lesson; go buy some proper f*cking candy."

Pennies: "In 2016 you're still giving out f**king pennies! F**k off!"
