A funny, well-placed sign advertising a McDonald’s off Interstate 25 in New Mexico went viral earlier this week, to its detriment: After catching a whiff of the billboard’s subject matter, the McDonald’s Corporation noted they’d be taking the marijuana-friendly advertisement down.

The billboard, located at Exit 451 in Raton, New Mexico, features a breakfast burrito and reads, “Usually when you roll something this good it’s illegal.”

Unfortunately for stoners who like McDonald’s breakfast—also called “stoners”—the giggle-inducing billboard is not long for this world. After it made the rounds on social media, the corporation said it’d be coming down.

“This local franchise billboard does not meet our standards and is being taken down,” a McDonald’s representative told the Huffington Post.

According to KRON, who first reported on the billboard, locals familiar with the funny sign noted that its “placement is key”—Exit 451 on Interstate 25 is just south of New Mexico’s border with Colorado, where recreational marijuana is legal.
