Orkney Chapel

2 oz Highland Park 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

.25 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry

.25 oz Sugar cane syrup

.25 oz Grand Marnier

.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

Orange peel for Garnish


Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, then strain into a cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
