Who makes peanut brittle in 15 minutes? WE DO! This simple savory recipe is so delicious that you'll find it hard to believe it takes so little time to make. The secret ingredient that gives it that extra caramel flavor is the Planters Caramel Peanuts. I recommend starting with two batches right out of the gate. Our first batch didn't even make it out of the kitchen.

Make sure to print out our easy to follow graphic for a quick reference. It's definitley fridge worthy.

Happy cooking!

Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. Planters Salted Caramel Peanuts
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Microwave sugar and light corn syrup in a large bowl for 5 minutes
Remove and stir in peanuts then put it back in the microwave for another 5 minutes
Add butter and vanilla to the mix and give it another stir, then put it back in the microwave for another minute
Remove the bowl and stir in the baking soda.

Spread brittle onto a baking sheet and let it cool completely.

Enjoy!
