Spiced Rum Mojito Cocktail Recipe

Just because the weather has gotten colder doesn’t mean that you have to put away your mint this winter. Spiced rum, which picks up the smokier flavors of the oak casks that it’s aged in, lends just the right amount of kick to make it an amazing autumnal palate pleaser. Here is a recipe that is perfect to sip on while watching those fall leaves turn colors, reminding you that summer is closer than it seems.


Spiced Rum Mojito

2 oz Spiced Rum

2 Barspoons of Brown Sugar

Juice of 1 Lime

8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves

Soda Water Fill

Mint Sprig for Garnish


In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice. Add rum and shake with ice. Dump contents directly into a Collins glass. Fill with soda water. Slap mint sprig and garnish.
