Watch and Learn: The Best Way to Eat Avocado

Have a quick and unexpectedly zesty avocado breakfast or snack.

Avocado Toast with Lemon Juice

  • Thick, large piece of sourdough bread
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 Pinch chili flakes
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
  • 1 Lemon, for juice

Toast a thick, large slice of bread in a toaster or on broiler. Deseed, slice and squeeze avocado flesh onto toast. Gently mash the avocado a bit with a fork and cover toast. Sprinkle with the chili flakes and sea salt. Squeeze lemon juice on top. Plate and enjoy.
