Taco Bell is ready to take the dawning regret after a visit to one of their establishments to the next level.
Now, in addition to walking away from the fast-food taco joint wishing you hadn't ordered that third Cheesy Gordita Crunch, you can regret your trip a few months later as well when the marriage provided to you by Taco Bell ends just as messily.
That's right—Taco Bell now provides full-service weddings, an announcement the chain appropriately made on Valentine's Day.
The soirees will be offered starting this summer at Taco Bell's Las Vegas Cantina location, which is open 24 hours and features a DJ and alcoholic beverages.
To make it happen, you just have to walk in (with a marriage license) and literally order one right off the menu.
According to Taco Bell's website, for $600, you get:
- A ceremony in the chapel inside the restaurant with an ordained officiant within as little as four hours
- Private area for a reception inside the restaurant with up to 15 of your closest family and friends
- Custom merchandise, including a sauce packet garter and bow tie, “Just Married” t-shirts for the bride and groom, Taco Bell branded champagne flutes and, of course, a Taco 12 Pack filled with tacos and a Cinnabon Delights cake for dessert
- A Sauce Packet bouquet is also available for the bride to use during the ceremony
If $600 is too steep for you, there's an alternative.
From now until February 26, you and your significant other can enter the Love and Tacos Contest and Happily Ever Crashers Sweepstakes by sharing a 30-second video on Instagram or Twitter of yourselves sharing your (Taco Bell-related) love story with the hashtag #LoveAndTacosContest.
Then the nation will vote on the contestants until a winner is selected on March 16.
The winners will receive airfare for six to travel to Vegas, Taco Bell catering, professional photography, a room at the Hollywood hotel, and more.
