Every year, millions of people from all around the world take a trip to Disneyland in order to bask in the glory of The House of Mouse. It’s known as The Most Magical Place on Earth, and with good reason. Disneyland is truly special, but sometimes even the most magical places are subject to some of the dark arts. Case in point: Recently, Ursula’s head fell off during the Little Mermaid ride in Disneyland.

AHHHHH!!! What the hell?!

Can you imagine being on that ride and seeing that horrifying sight? An animatronic’s head completely lobbed off. I mean, Ursula’s regular appearance is scary enough, we don’t need her head to be completely off her body!

What makes this entire thing even freakier is the fact that even though her head was dangling from her neck, she continued talking and singing.

If you would like to see some video of the headless action, here you go. Just be warned: Your nightmares will feature this animatronic for some time after you see it.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened in Disneyland. A while ago a similar thing happened on the popular Pirates of the Caribbean ride, and it was just as freaky there as it is on the Little Mermaid ride.

Maybe one of Disney’s Imagineers should be more on top of stuff like this. Otherwise they could risk scarring a kid (or even an adult) for life.
