After a dull bowl season, college football fans were finally greeted with an exciting bowl game—a shootout between the Clemson Tigers and Alabama Crimson Tide in the National Championship.
Both offenses combined for 1,023 yards of total offensive yardage. Clemson’s Deshaun Watson threw for 405 yards with four touchdowns, while Alabama’s Jake Coker put up 335 yards with two touchdowns of his own. Oh yeah, and Alabama's Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry rushed for 158 yards and three touchdowns.
It was one of those championship games where if you blinked, you probably missed something. But that didn’t even seem to excite Alabama's head coach, Nick “Always Business” Saban.
Saban picked up his fourth national title in seven years on Monday, so it’s safe to say he’s been there before. Not even the Gatorade victory shower seemed to get Saban’s heart rate up. He just cussed like a person annoyed to be there.
It didn’t take long for folks on Twitter to pick up on Saban’s nonchalant demeanor after the game.
Nick Saban don't even look that happy. Like he going to be back recruiting tonight.

Saban does not even look that happy. He just won his 5th natty #Greatness

Saban is more mad about getting hit with Gatorade than he is happy about winning another National Championship.

Nick Saban is so happy he can get back to recruiting now that this dumb game is over

Finally, someone was able to (forcefully) get Saban to crack a smile.
If you're one of Saban's top recruits, expect a phone call very soon. Probably in the middle of the night. Saban doesn't sleep.

I guess if you've won five championships in the toughest division in college and have the guts to call plays like the one below, you can act however you want.
Even the Russian announcers were impressed with that onside kick: pic.twitter.com/vY9H4VRP5J
