What seemed like an inevitable game-winning touchdown drive helmed by Tom Brady with 2:21 remaining in the Super Bowl wouldn’t last long—or end with his New England Patriots in the end zone.

Instead, it ended with a Brady fumble, courtesy of Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham, with a recovery by Derek Barnett.

Here’s another angle of the strip-sack.

To say the non-Patriots corners of the internet were enthused would be an understatement.

On the ensuing possession, a Jake Elliott field goal gave Philadelphia a 41-33 lead, where the score would remain; a Patriots possession with 56 seconds remaining ended with a hail mary that failed as the clock struck zero.

“We just kept going,” Graham said on the field of his game-turning play. “We said we needed a play, we got one more opportunity, we were gonna give it everything we got, and we just happened to get there.”

For the first time in the franchise’s existence, the Eagles are Super Bowl champions.
