You're just going to have to trust me on this one—this badminton highlight from the Dubai World Superseries back in December is the most exciting thing you'll see all day.

It has everything you never knew you wanted from a badminton highlight—several dives, a participant playing a good portion of the rally from his rear end, a freaking giant (that would be 6'9" Mads Pieler Kolding of Denmark), overhead smashes galore, a ridiculous behind-the-back shot, a series of exchanges so ridiculous it had players and at least two coaches cracking up, and an announcer seemingly muttering "Oh I love that cock" at the 0:18 mark.

Check it:

The Japanese duo of Takeshi Kamura and Keigo Sonoda reigned victorious both in this point and on the day, taking the match from Pieler Kolding and Mads Conrad-Petersen, 21-17 and 21-19, in the semifinal round.

Kamura and Sonoda fell in the finals to Tan Wee Kiong and Goh V Shem of Malaysia, who were silver medalists in Rio.
