As one of the NBA’s elder statesmen, Milwaukee Bucks guard Jason Terry has seen it all. Including, apparently, that time Lance Stephenson tried to get under LeBron James’ skin by blowing into the superstar’s ear during the 2014 Eastern Conference Finals.
Almost four years after that curious method of mindf**kery, the 40-year-old Terry appeared to turn the move back on Stephenson during the Indiana Pacers’ 92-89 victory over the Bucks on Monday.

But was he really blowing into the mercurial Stephenson’s ear, or just talking trash?
A play in the second half lends evidence to the former: It looks like Stephenson blew back at Terry to return the favor.
A lot to unpack here, so let’s get right to it.

As someone who wants to believe, that’s more than enough evidence for me.
This isn’t the first time Terry’s gotten into the head of one of the league’s more mindless players. In November 2016, he got his squad a free bucket by distracting J.R. Smith with daps from the bench.
