Lance Stephenson has a history of going to great lengths to agitate LeBron James.
On Wednesday night, however, he crossed the line—the waistline.
The Indiana Pacers wing furthered his beef with the Cleveland Cavaliers star by going after LeBron’s beef; he slapped James in the nuts.

Perhaps mistaking LeBron for wrestler Joey Ryan, Stephenson’s contact with the Cavs superstar’s crotch sent him flopping to oblivion.
The acting didn’t work, as Stephenson was hit with a flagrant-1.
Back in 2014, Stephenson launched one of the great moments in meme history when he blew in James’ ear during Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals between LeBron’s Miami Heat and the Pacers, while Stephenson was in the midst of his first stint in Indy.
“I’m just here to play basketball, man,” LeBron said two and a half years ago of the incident. “All the extracurricular activities, I don’t really get into. I mean, I’m just trying to win.”
LeBron was also asked whether he’d ever blown in someone’s ear.
“I blew in my wife’s ear before, that was definitely a defensive tactic,” he quipped.
Paul George on Stephenson: “I hope his breath wasn’t too bad for ‘Bron.”

Back to 2017—the Cavs fell to Stephenson’s Pacers, 124-107, for their fourth straight loss. Those losses have come by a combined 58 points, because apparently Cleveland is garbage now.
“A lot of teams are playing well right now,” James said. “We’re not. That’s just a simple fact.”
