After falling to Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett offered the quarterback high praise.

“Matt Ryan is obviously the MVP of the NFL this year and made great plays,” Bennett said of the quarterback that completed 26 of 37 passes for 338 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions in a 36-20 victory.

But immediately after his compliment, Bennett took exception to the beginning of a question from Q13 Fox reporter Bill Wixey, and went off.

“You weren’t able to get as much pressure on him as you were—” Wixey began before being interrupted.

"We got a lot of pressure. He threw the ball really fast," Bennett said, according to the Seattle Times. "There was some busted stuff going on, so obviously you don't know football. He threw the ball pretty fast. He did his thing. We rushed as good as we could. Don't point and say we didn't do what we needed to do, OK? Don't do that."

"Don't tell me I didn't do my job, motherf**ker. Get the f**k out of my face. Like I said, get out of my face. Don't play with me. Don't play with me. I just put my heart on the f**king field."

Bennett finished the game with one of the Seahawks' three sacks and two of their five tackles for loss.

The two-time Pro Bowler also got in a "Try me again, see what happens" before firmly planting his entire foot into his mouth.

The Seahawks really don't know how to deal with defeat.
