Los Angeles Lakers rookie Larry Nance Jr. had about as bad a start to an NBA career was one could possibly concoct.
Soon after being selected with the 27th overall pick of the 2015 NBA Draft, a Tweet of his from 2012 about one particularly rich and demanding teammate came to light.
Seems the Lakers' new draft pick just deleted this old tweet from 2012. Probably a good idea. pic.twitter.com/kC33QuIvPL

But, thanks in part to the understanding of Kobe Bryant, things are looking up for the son of three-time All-Star Larry Nance.
Also, thanks to the hops and size he got from his dad.
Junior put those genes on display this weekend during a preseason matchup with the Golden State Warriors, absolutely posterizing center Festus Ezeli on his way to a violent cram for two points.
The Michael Jordan shrug is a bit much, but it won't be if he keeps pulling of plays like this.
