The Missing Three

Her Cocker Spaniel had given birth to eight puppies, but she had grown to fear the worst. Three of them had gone missing, and she had seen no sign of them for a week. She had spent days searching for them but could not find them anywhere.

But she spotted her old cat one day with the pups in her mouth. She watched as she carried them away, and that’s when she realized something that made her jaw drop.

A Neigborhood Cat

Miss Kitty was well known in the neighborhood and well-liked by everyone living near Grant’s house. Everyone took part in caring for her and feeding her.

The Grants lived in a trailer park in Seneca, South Carolina, and their cat enjoyed her time outside in the trailer park. She was no different from any other cat and preferred time alone. But there was something else about her that she didn’t share with other cats.

Intelligent

She wasn’t vicious or aggressive, but she did have a solid and fiery personality. It meant that she wasn’t always obedient or submissive, but she was still easy to get along with.

Everyone was surprised to find out how intelligent she was. She seemed to understand what they were saying and escape certain situations if needed. They were in awe of her abilities, especially after knowing what had happened to her.

Becoming A Mother

Miss Kitty had become a delighted mother to seven kittens a few years ago, and everyone in the trailer park loved seeing her so happy. The Grants adored seeing the little kittens snuggled up to their mother.

But the joyful occasion wouldn’t last forever, and sorrow would take its place. Everyone who knew Miss Kitty would grieve for her and think of her often.

Loss

One day, one of her seven kittens passed away. The Grants were devastated, and the worst part was that it wouldn’t end there. In a matter of weeks, all the kittens from Mis Kitty’s litter had deceased.

It was an absolutely heartbreaking event for the Grants and everyone else in the trailer park; but above all, it was particularly sad for Miss Kitty.
