Getting pulled over by the cops is probably one of the most suspenseful and stressful experiences in one’s life. Even just seeing those flashing blue lights from behind channels a feeling of dread, whether or not we actually did anything wrong.

When such does happen, it can only be a sign that things aren’t about to turn out well. However, what happened to this woman is the exact opposite.

Rushing to an Interview

Chy-Niece Thacker had been trying to land a job for months and, that day, she was rushing to get to her job interview.

Needless to say, she was looking for all sorts of ways to make the drive as fast as possible, cutting corners where she could. She knew that she should have left the house earlier.

Job Hunt and Road Rush

She even just had her car repaired so she could head off to interviews with ease, but this had made a huge dent on her savings.

Still, she thought it was a worthy sacrifice to make considering that she might finally come back home as officially employed. She was nervous and excited at the same time. However, it turns out that that specific day had something else for her.

Most Inopportune Time

At a time when she needed to show up to this very important job interview, a police officer asked her to pull over.

At the back of mind, she was praying fervently that the cop would just let her off with a warning. She really couldn’t afford a ticket at this point.

When Officer Jenkins started to approach her parked vehicle, she rummaged through her stuff for her driver’s license and registration.

She had all of the paperwork typically asked for at these situations, so she was somehow prepared for whatever might come. She kept looking at the clock and hoped this wouldn’t keep her from getting to her interview.
