Woman Picks Up Chainsaw And Gets Revenge On Neighbors, But It Backfires Completely
The sparks from Jo’s temper start to sizzle and Ronnie knew there was no time to duck and cover. She knew she should just stay quiet and wait for the storm to abate, but she couldn’t help herself. The gloves were off.
The two neighbors traded slur for slur, dig for dig, insult for insult. Their words spat out with the ferocity of a machine gun fire.
Without wiping the sweat from her ashen face, Jo leaned closer to Ronnie, perfectly composed and uttered just three words, “just you wait.” Her fuse fizzled like a firework in a bitter fall breeze.
Then, with a barely concealed smirk, she turned on her heels and walked away from Ronnie, as if she was strolling in the park on a glorious summer day.
Their Forever Home
As soon as Ronnie Smith and her family moved into their home, they knew it was their forever home. It ticked all the boxes; four bedrooms, a large kitchen, a stunning garden, and a welcoming neighborhood.
But there was something else amongst the white picket fences and perfectly trimmed bushes that made this house much more valuable.
Something Rare In The Garden
The houses in the area were around a hundred years old and built around five gigantic sequoias which were about two hundred years old. Giant sequoias are incredibly rare, and the two in Ronnie’s garden bumped up her house price by about $60,000!
But then one day, something happened in this idyllic neighborhood. Something that nobody expected. Something that would change the neighborhood completely.
A Perfect Neighbour
Ronnie’s neighbor Martha Jones had unfortunately passed away in her sleep. Ronnie and Martha were incredibly good friends, Ronnie often popped round for a cup of tea and a chat, making sure Martha was ok.
You see, Martha had a strained relationship with her own daughter, Jo, so Ronnie did whatever she could to ensure Martha was ok. It’s safe to say Jo wasn’t too pleased about her mother’s friendship.
A Difficult Relationship
There were times that Jo had gone to see her mother, but this often ended in an argument and the slamming of the front door. There was even a time where Ronnie got involved in an argument with Jo, defending Jo’s mother.
So when Ronnie saw a ‘For Sale’ sign on Martha’s house, she let out a sigh of relief. At least she wouldn’t ever have to see Jo again. Little did she know how wrong she really was.
