If there’s one thing that BTS, the hot-at-the-moment K-pop boy band sweeping North America with their perfectly choreographed dance moves and impeccable style choices, does well, it’s rally the unwavering support of their fan #ARMY

Keeping up the success spree following their headline-making 2017 American Music Awards debut and their followup victory of the coveted top social artist title at the Billboard Music Awards, BTS fans showed up and showed out for the band’s nominations at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards. After beating out PrettyMuch and CNCO for the best boy band award, the BTS fandom snagged the best fan army title at this year’s DJ Khaled-hosted event.

Due to the fact that V, Suga, Jin, Jungkook, RM, Jimin, and J-Hope were unfortunately unable to attend the ceremony, iHeartRadio posted a Twitter message of thanks on behalf of the band. “First of all, we’d like to thank our BTS #ARMY for this award so much!” said RM, the English-speaking ambassador for the band. “We saw the hashtags, we saw all the struggles … thank you so much. You know, this is the award our BTS #ARMY literally made happen. We cannot find the right words how to describe how thankful, how grateful we are to you, #ARMY. We also thank iHeartRadio for this prestigious award — we’ll be back to iHeartRadio stations near you with new music!”

Noting the crushing social media-driven force of their global fan base, BTS also issued a heartfelt message on their personal Twitter page.

“Thank you #ARMYtheBESTofme,” tweeted the band. “Like I already told you in the video, we do really know how hard you been tryin’ for this award. Since the title is ‘Best Fandom’, the award surely is not ours, it’s all for ARMYs. Congratulations and love you all with all of my heart.”

In response to the emotional note of thanks, stan Twitter exploded with appreciation for their gilded K-pop idols.

Congrats to BTS for another huge night!
