Thankfully, Demi Lovato’s recovery has taken a turn for the better. After suffering a slew of complications like high fever and nausea related to her recent drug overdose, the need for Lovato to seek professional help is now more apparent than ever as she approaches the end of her hospital stay.
Addiction is such a horrible disease. It's a lifelong battle. I truly hope Demi Lovato is okay and is able to get the help she needs.

Clearly unable to battle her substance-abuse demons on her own, it’s time for Lovato to own up to her shortcomings and recognize that this struggle is far beyond her own personal capabilities. “The thing about an addict is that you become so good at hiding it. She’s a really smart girl. When she had work commitments, she could pull it together,” said a source close to the pop star, referring to Lovato’s months-long slide off the wagon that had her team concerned for her safety. “But that’s how she’s always been, and this might not be her rock bottom. Demi has to want to get help. She can’t be forced into rehab or treatment.”
Despite Lovato’s attempts at shielding just how intensely she’s been suffering, the “Sorry Not Sorry” singer’s inner circle is now pushing harder than ever for her to receive the help she so clearly needs.
Demi Lovato should go to a rehab facility
Drawing the proverbial line in the sand, Lovato’s family, close friends, and management team are sticking hard and fast to their proposal for the pop star to enter an inpatient facility.
Demi Lovato needs a break from Hollywood and everyone that's toxic around her. This is hard to hear but she has to go back to rehab. A rehab that can help her get better & not use her for exposure & benefits. We might not hear from her for awhile and that's okay. #PrayForDemi

Speaking to TMZ, a member of Lovato’s inner circle revealed that they will hand in their resignation if the 25-year-old tries to pretend like she doesn’t have a problem. “She could die if she doesn’t, and that’s not going to be on my watch that we did nothing,” the individual said.
Everyone knows that self-reflection can be uncomfortable at best and at worst, downright painful. But the bottom line is that Lovato nearly died because she couldn’t handle resisting temptation on her own. Hopefully, the struggling celeb will accept the help from the people who have her best interests at heart and enter rehab, fully committed to getting back onto the wagon. Getting sober is never easy, but there’s no denying that if Lovato did it once, she can do it again.
