Well known for her impressive acting career, Elizabeth Taylor also gained noterity for her massive jewelry collection. One piece in particular is her enagement ring from Richard Burton in 1968. Originally known as the “Krupp Diamond,” the 33.

16ct jewel received the actress’ namesake, the ring was bought in 1969 for $1.12 million and sold for $8.8 million in 2011.
