“The Hills” Have Cries: Classic Moments From The Classic ’00s Reality Series

It’s been more than a decade since “The Hills” made our lives worth living. For the uninitiated, “The Hills” was a reality show about a group of young, hot, and complex kids living in LA.

Many fans loved getting their fix of drama from Lauren Conrad and friends, Audrina, Whitney and Heidi.

So in honor of the series we hated to love, here are the craziest The Hills moments of all time.

The Time Lauren And Jason Broke Up

Lauren Conrad and Jason Wahler began their relationship during the show’s predecessor, Laguna Beach: The Real OC. From there, their relationship became rocky because of Wahler’s alleged alcoholism.

When they were saying their goodbye, after Lauren rejected going to Paris to spend the summer with him, she told him that he had three days to get his stuff out before she changed the locks.

Heidi Nearly Gets LC Fired

Lauren Conrad was trying to impress her boss, Lisa Love, while she was an intern at Teen Vogue. But during a work party, her roommate, Heidi Montag, showed up with her personal entourage, without an invite.

Lauren, as well as her fans, feared that Heidi’s recklessness would end Lauren’s career.

The One Where Heidi Moves Out

One of the crazy moments that happened on The Hills, that also had us shedding some tears, was when Heidi Montag moved out of Lauren Conrad’s apartment to move in with Spencer Pratt.

Heidi and Lauren’s relationship was never quite the same and a lot of fans, (and even Lauren!) blamed Pratt for the major rift between them.

LC Trades Paris For Love

In a very Devil-Wears-Prada-inspired moment, Lauren Conrad turned down an internship in Paris in order to stick around in LA close to her boyfriend, Jason Wahler.

Her friend, Whitney Port, had gone in her place, but later when the show ended, admitted she didn’t go either. But poor Conrad must still be kicking herself given how things went down with Wahler.
