It was a battle of the hosts last night between Ellen DeGeneres and Jimmy Fallon who both brought down the house during an epic lip-syncing competition.

The "Tonight Show" host was probably looking to bring his ratings back up after the premiere of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," so he brought out the funniest lady we know, Ellen.

Of course, the two television personalities are friends but it was serious business when the two faced off in an epic new "Lip Sync Battle" on last night’s show.

Not only did these two go head-to-head, Justin Timberlake was also on the show to judge and perform with Jimmy later on.

First up in the battle, Fallon warmed up the crowd with The Killers' song, “Mr. Brightside.”

It was good, yes, but then Ellen came out and performed a sultry rendition of Diana Ross’s hit from 1975, “Do You Know Where You’re Going To.”

DeGeneres laid on the floor under a single spotlight as she gave her performance. Timberlake and Fallon were off stage cracking up.

After that, Fallon pulled out a hilarious rendition of “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" and basically stole the show with his “dance” moves.

“This song is about a business transaction,” Ellen stated seriously before she busted out Rihanna’s “B*tch Better Have My Money.”

Who do you think won the "Lip Sync Battle"?

The show ended with Justin Timberlake and Fallon performing their “History of Rap 6.” It was glorious, per usual.
