How Jenna Dewan-Tatum Lost the Baby Weight

All eyes on Jenna Dewan-Tatum for melting off the baby weight in record time.

Less than two months after welcoming a daughter with husband Channing Tatum, the couple’s first child, Jenna lost a reported 25 pounds in six weeks.

The actress stepped out to promote her upcoming paranormal Lifetime show, “Witches of East End”, and it’s as if she cast a spell on the whole post-baby weight process (she looked “bewitchingly slim,” one outlet observed).

There were “no signs that Jenna had given birth recently,” said an eyewitness (that would be a source whose credentials involve having a pair of working eyes) to Life & Style. “She looked toned, fit, and healthy, with a tiny waist.”

A few tricks she implemented to lose the weight? Booking a magazine cover soon after the birth to motivate her to get in shape. She’s also a former dancer, vegan, and dedicated believer in Tracy Anderson’s workout regimens, along with CrossFit.

“I took care of myself during the pregnancy,” Jenna told Life & Style, “and literally the day I went into labor I had been for an hour-and-a-half walk. [My body] just kind of bounced back, so I was lucky!”
