30 Mind-Blowing Cosplay Looks That Are Totally Realistic

If you have never visited a comic convention, you’ve missed out on seeing some of the most creative costumes ever put together.

Fans of comic books, television, movies and video games come together once a year to show off all of their incredible creations.

The attention to detail paid in these costumes is magnificent, and it was sometimes enough to catch the notice of onlookers and celebrities, who don’t shy away from asking to take a picture with their favorite cosplay artists!

This incredible cosplay was made by Russian blogger Polina Vishnevskaya and it had some unique features.

To take this portrayal of Saint Celestine to the next level, he added automated wings made of aluminum that were controlled by remote and a halo with different brightness settings.

This work of art took over six months for this cosplay artist to complete.

Yondu and Groot from “Guardians of the Galaxy”

These “Guardians of the Galaxy” costumes are more impressive than some mascots found at the Disney parks. Groot is fully outfitted with detailed wood and moss accents that allow complete mobility.

Surely that child was insanely excited to meet these incredibly realistic characters!

Seen at the New York Comic Con, this cosplay is almost too realistic to look at. Depicting the mutated scientist William Birkin from “Resident Evil 2,” this Japanese cosplay artist certainly got some strange looks walking down the convention hall.

And, he also draws custom art and illustrations of his favorite characters.

Geralt of Rivia from “The Witcher”

Sometimes cosplay artists portray characters better than actors who are hired to play them, or at least some fans think so. This cosplay look could rival Henry Cavill’s portrayal of Geralt on Netflix’s “The Witcher” series.
