Sean Kingston Sued For Gang Rape

A 22-year-old woman, Carissa Capeloto, has come forward accusing Sean Kingston, his bodyguard, and a member of the singer’s band of gang raping her in a Seattle hotel in July 2010.

In her claims, she alleges that she had been invited to a hotel room for a meet-and-greet after a Justin Bieber concert that Sean had just performed at.

When she arrived, Sean was naked on his bed, his bodyguard grabbed her, placed her on the singer. The two men, joined by another, proceeded to sexually assault her.

She said she had smoked pot and had at least seven shots of vodka prior and was “obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent.”

After a friend rescued her from the situation and removed her from the room, police were called; Carissa was treated at a nearby hospital for physical injuries.

If this all sounds familiar, that’s because criminal charges against Sean were dropped by cops in 2010 after they faulted Carissa’s credibility.

In legal documents, Sean insists the sex was consensual. A trial is set for November.
