Have you ever found yourself wishing that pizza was a little cheesier?
If so, today is a good day – Pizza Hut has introduced the Grilled Cheese Stuffed Crust pizza, a new variation on their traditional stuffed crust that adds cheddar cheese into the mix alongside the traditional mozzarella, creating a pizza with a grilled cheese crust that is enough to satisfy even the most dedicated lover of lactose.
In addition to containing cheddar cheese within the crust, the pizza’s edge is also flavored with breadcrumbs and melted butter, to make sure that it’s as crispy and delicious as possible when fresh from the oven.
This new crust comes just a few months after Pizza Hut introduced a crust that was stuffed with Applewood smoked bacon, as the pizza chain continues to innovate, trying out new weird and wonderful ways to make pizza even more delicious.
A large pizza with one topping and a Grilled Cheese Stuffed Crust will cost $12.99 at participating restaurants.
If a grilled cheese stuffed crust isn’t your idea of a good time, there are other options, such as a pizza stuffed with a McDonald's cheeseburger, for those times when the munchies get particularly bad.
You could always ditch the pizza and something healthier, but we all know that you don’t win friends with salad.
