Because nothing is better than free food arriving in the form of a fat, juicy burger, Shake Shack is celebrating its 100th store opening by giving away free burgers—today only!

The Manhattan-based chain just opened its 100th Shack at a Boston Seaport location and will be doling out free ShackBurgers to the first 100 guests at all Shake Shack locations, however there is a slight catch—stadiums and ballparks will be excluded from the offer and the burgers will only be given away until 12 p.m., meaning you better get there fast – like, right now. Go!

While the burger giant typically opens its doors at 11 a.m., all U.S. locations will open at 10:30 today for the exclusive offer. Patrons can choose from a single ShackBurger or a burger of equal or lesser value.

“From our first-ever Shack in Madison Square Park twelve years ago, to so many incredible places in between, opening our 100th Shack at Boston Seaport is an epic milestone for us,” Shake Shack CEO Randy Garutti said in a press release. “We’re overwhelmed by the love and enthusiasm from our fans around the world, and this moment wouldn’t be possible without them.”

The first Shake Shack location opened in New York in 2004 and has since planted roots in 15 states across the country. With additional locations in London, Tokyo, Istanbul, Dubai, Moscow and Seoul, the free burger offer is redeemable internationally across all locations.
