Shake Shack Culinary Director Reveals How To Make Their Milkshakes And Cheese Fries

We spend a lot of time uncovering ways to make our very own versions of our favorite fast foods. But this video takes things a step further—not only does it show us how to make the cheese fries and milkshakes from one of the best fast-food chains out there, Shake Shack, it comes straight from the source: the burger chain‘s culinary director, Mark Rosati.

Along with making amazing, juicy cheeseburgers comes demand, and with demand comes long lines that have turned into a staple of eating at Shake Shack if you can’t avoid the lunch and dinner rushes.

“We’ve heard stories of people go into line just to get a burger and they start chatting with the person in front of them,” Rosati tells Munchies in the video below. “They exchange numbers, they go out on dates, and the next thing you know, they’re getting married and they ask us to actually cater their weddings.”
