Call it the adult "Harry Potter." (Critics have compared it to the J.K. Rowling series plenty of times already.) Or call it a modern Narnia. Or draw parallels to any other magical franchise out there. But Syfy’s "The Magicians" is a show all its own. Now in its third season, the show is on solid footing. And it’s become one of the most watchable series on TV today. Although that probably has something to do with how open and explorative "The Magicians" is about sex. Because for all its snark and spot-on pop-culture references, it really is the show’s sex appeal that keeps viewers coming back week after week.
