8-Year Old Has A ‘Special’ Bag And Insists On It Being Taken To School Until Her Dad Sees What Is Inside

Something Wrong

When Mike’s daughter, Taylor, came home in tears on more than one occasion, Mike knew that something was horribly wrong.

But she was being very vague when he questioned her about what was making her so unhappy.

That was when Mike came up with a plan to see what was bothering his daughter. He was going to get to the bottom of it no matter what.

Overprotective Dad

Mike was very overprotective of his eight-year-old daughter, Taylor. She was his pride and joy. So when she became very unhappy about something, Mike wanted to know what was troubling her.

But Taylor was too afraid to speak up, which made Mike and his wife, Tiffany, very concerned for her well-being.

It wasn’t long before Mike would have the perfect plan in place to help his daughter.

An Exemplary Student

Taylor was an energetic and bubbly eight-year-old. She loved riding her bicycle and playing outside. She especially loved school because she had many friends.

She was also a favorite with her teacher because she was an ace when it came to her schoolwork.

Overall, Taylor was, by all means, an exemplary student. But things quickly changed when Taylor said she didn’t want to go anymore.

The Highlight Of His Day

It all started when Mike had fetched Taylor from school as he always did. It was his highlight of the day to see his little girl wave goodbye to her friends and hurry into their family car.

On most days, Mike would make the journey home extra special.

They would go through the drive-thru of McDonald’s to get Taylor’s favorite, an Oreo Mcflurry.

Is Everything Alright?

But one particular day, he noticed Taylor running to the car without even waving to her friends.

She got into the car with a stern look on her face.

“Hey, Pumpkin. Is everything alright? How was your day?” he asked. But Taylor just sat back in the seat and fastened her seatbelt. Mike drove straight to McDonald’s for a treat.
