Moments Wedding Guests Wish They Could Forget
Weddings are meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Friends and family gather to congratulate the bride and groom on one special night. However, there are times when even the best-laid plans completely go off the rails.
Some of these moments are awful, and others are just downright awkward. Let’s get this show on the road.
Bad Timing
Sometimes, timing is everything. And in this case, the situation was awful because the timing on the DJ’s part was so very, very bad. He decided to give himself a 30-second promo, but he did it right in the middle of the couple’s first dance.
We hope the bride and groom didn’t let this ruin the entire evening.
Falling Over
Many people have this fear: falling down in front of other people. Generally, it gets worse the larger the event is, such as weddings and graduations.
This poor bride lived through her worst fear: she fell down in the reception hall in front of all her guests.
Insensitive DJ
This DJ put his foot in his mouth when he told the audience at the wedding that widows also count as “single ladies.” His comment ended up offending almost everyone at the wedding, and a few of the widows in attendance burst into tears at his insensitive comment.
Making The Ex Cry
Seeing an ex going to their former partner’s wedding is not something you see everyday, and props to the people who can deal with it. Sometimes, a breakup can lead to friendship when the wounds have healed, but that’s not what happened here.
Awkward!
