Where Are The Cast Of Coyote Ugly Now?
Coyote Ugly was released early in the new millennium, but doesn’t it feel like the movie came out just yesterday?
Coyote Ugly has become a classic which features plenty of stars like LeAnn Rimes and, of course, Piper Perabo.
This is what the Coyote Ugly cast has been busy with for the past decades.
Piper Perabo
Piper was the lead character, Violet, of Coyote Ugly. Since her debut in Coyote Ugly, her career has stayed strong. She appeared in numerous films, such as Cheaper by the Dozen, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Because I Said So, Imagine Me & You, and Looper.
She also became a popular tv actress, starring on the series Covert Affairs and receiving a Golden Globe nomination for her performance.
Adam Garcia
Coyote Ugly may not always portray men in the best light, but a knight in shining armor clearly stood out, male love interest Kevin O’Donnell, who Adam Garcia played.
Over the years, Adam’s film and stage career continued to grow. He starred in Riding in Cars with Boys, alongside Drew Barrymore, and appeared in the film Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. He also voiced the lead role in Kangaroo Jack and played Alex on Doctor Who.
Maria Bello
Shortly after Coyote Ugly, Maria Bello was cast in the long-running TV show NCIS. She plays forensic psychologist Jacqueline “Jack” Sloane, another empowered woman unafraid of holding her own among men.
You may have spotted her in Prime Suspectand Goliath as well, but she’s better known for her role in the 2005 film A History of Violence. Aside from that, she starred in The Jane Austen Book Club, alongside Emily Blunt, and The Cooler, alongside William H. Macy.
Melanie Lynskey
When Melanie Lynskey was cast in Coyote Ugly, she was still a newcomer in Hollywood. However, that was a long time ago. Now, she often plays supporting roles, so you may not realize that you’ve spotted her in many films.
After Coyote Ugly, she appeared in Sweet Home Alabama, The Informant!, Up In The Air, and The Perks of Being a Wallflower, among many other movies.
She also starred on the HBO series Togetherness and played the recurring character Rose on Two and a Half Men.
