Canine Nightly Ritual: Hidden Camera Captures Dog’s Regular Visits to Baby’s Room

Abby had noted the same weird behavior every night for a whole month. Every day when she woke up, her dog would be missing from his bed.

He would then come running out of her baby’s bedroom, his eyes full of guilt. Abby would check up on the baby to find everything as it should be.

But as the behavior continued, it would only worsen.

Soon after her dog’s nighttime trips to the baby’s room started, Abby was shocked by another shift. The newborn was also showing unusual behavior. Her eating and sleeping habits had suddenly changed.

She knew it had to be related to the dog. To find out what was going on, Abby would have to resort to installing cameras to monitor them at night.

But the new mom had no idea how it would turn out.

The Plan

Abby decided to make a trip to the security store that was near her house. There, she asked for a camera she could install.

Luckily for her, it didn’t need to be mounted – she could simply place it on the dresser. After a quick and easy setup, Abby switched the camera on and promptly made her way to bed.

She struggled to sleep that night, the knowledge that the truth would be revealed the next day keeping her up.

Pressing Play

In the morning, Abby flipped open her laptop and launched the security camera program. She knew the time had finally come for her to check the recording.

She was partially aware of what she would see, but she wasn’t fully prepared. Hands shaking, she navigated to the previous evening’s footage and hit play.

She watched as a dark figure slowly snuck into her baby’s room.

On The Screen

Staring at the bright screen, Abby wasn’t able to fully comprehend what she was seeing. The affectionate pet she was familiar with had changed into a whole different creature.

She reached for her mouth in horror, looking over as the dog happily wagged his tail in the morning light.

She couldn’t imagine what had caused such a significant shift, but she knew she had to find out as soon as possible.
