Man Who Ordered Pizza Every Day For 10 Years Finally Lets Delivery Driver Inside
Salem, Oregon resident, Kirk Alexander was a 48-year-old pizza lover who lived alone. In fact, he loved pizza so much that he ordered food from a specific Domino’s Pizza almost every single day for 10 years. However, one day he suddenly stopped.
Needless to say, the staff soon noticed this and grew increasingly worried as the days passed.
Best Customer
As Sarah Fuller, manager for the Domino’s Alexander ordered from, would say in an interview: “He orders every day, every other day. His order pops up on the screen because he orders online. So we see it come across the screen and we’re like, ‘Oh, Kirk’s order.
’”
However, it didn’t take the staff long to notice the absence of his name on their system and they soon grew concerned.
Lack Of Order
Initially, the absence of was simply put down to him being out of town or maybe on a trip to visit friends or family. The days kept passing, however, and still, there was neither hide nor hair of Kirk. Even the delivery drivers approached Sarah to comment on the situation.
Sarah herself had grown uneasy due to the situation. She decided to check the system.
What she noticed immediately turned her sense of unease into a sense of full-blown worry.
Family
Many of the staff members considered Kirk as “part of the family” due to his daily orders. Overall Kirk was a friendly, pleasant, and quiet person. “He orders all the time, so we know him,” Sarah said.
While it wasn’t unusual for Kirk to take a trip, none of them had ever lasted as long as this.
Could it be possible that Kirk had grown tired of Domino’s and decided to order elsewhere or was there something else going on?
The Whole Menu
However, it seemed unlikely that he had started ordering elsewhere. “Kirk is a very well-known customer, but he doesn’t have a regular order – he’ll order anything from pasta or pizza to sandwiches or wings.
It’s never the same thing every time.”
This was what caused their concern. Kirk enjoyed the entire menu so even if he had grown tired of pizza, there was plenty more that he enjoyed.
