The Disney “Employee” Is Called “Cast Member”

Disney World is not just a park, but a huge stage where everyone hired there is a Cast Member. So you don’t call them employees, but cast members. Even those that work outside the park are cast members, and they all have a first name.

If there are two people with the same name, the second one gets a new name! So if you get hired at Disney and there’s another Annie, they’ll have to give you a name that hasn’t been taken yet…

Graduating from The Disney University

To get a job in Disney World, you have to graduate from their own Disney University where you learn everything you must do in the park. They’ll teach you how to behave, walk, appear and so on.

But if you want to be a Disney Princess, then your height must be between five-four and five-eight.
