Man Finds Out He’s Infertile, Then Realizes Who His Three Sons Look Like

The news felt as if someone punched him in the gut. It couldn’t be true, could it? He had been a good father to all three his sons and he couldn’t imagine that any of them weren’t his.

55-year-old businessman and millionaire Richard Mason lives in the United Kingdom where he was the co-founder of a very successful price comparison website called MoneySupermarket.com. He was happily married to now ex-wife Kate.

Richard and Kate met during the ‘80s when Richard worked at a bank. They would go on to have three sons together.

Three Sons

The oldest of their sons, Will, was 23 years old while their twins, Ed and Joel, were 19 years old. However, at the start of 2007, their marriage was on the rocks and the couple decided to get divorced. The divorce was finalized in 2008.

Richard didn’t regret his marriage though. He had three wonderful sons and he kept providing for them even after the divorce.

Settlement

The divorce settlement included a lump sum of $5 million dollars for Kate as well as providing for school fees for private schools for all three sons.

However, Richard said that Kate “hounded me for years… and tried to make me pay more.” Richard felt that the boys were the only good thing from his “cold and joyless” marriage. He had no idea there was another surprise around the corner.

The Day It Changed

In 2016 Kate and Richard had been divorced for 10 years. 2016, however, would also be the year when Richard would discover a lie that had permeated his life. That day Richard went to the doctor for a regular check-up.

Little did he know that by the end of the visit he would be furious.
