Underestimated

Pat’s eyes were fixed on the bill. There should have been a total of fifty dollars. There wasn’t much he ordered. It was just a matter of feeding himself, but the faculty had other ideas.

When he saw the outrageous bill, his blood started boiling. 

He had been underestimated as a feeble old man. They were going to pay.

Paying A Fine

Due to the massive fee and the fact that he was just exercising his rights, he refused to pay. Despite their policy, what’s the big deal? As a human being, he deserved better treatment.

If the staff knew the truth surrounding the old man’s past, they probably would have been a bit more cautious.

Though he appeared weak and unassuming, he was anything but.

Rude Waitress

Pat stared daggers at the waitress when she returned. “For what is this fee?” He asked, basically having an idea. “Sir, you repeatedly ignored our requests and broke our policy.

The repercussions are as follows.”

Pat felt rage coursing through him. He suddenly became calm. 

I wasn’t expecting to pay so much. My trunk has some cash, so let me get it. Don’t worry, it’s right next to the window.

You can keep an eye on me.”

Revenge Plot

Despite rolling her eyes, the waitress did not appear to object. Even if that meant letting him go to his car, he could tell she just wanted him out of her hair.

Getting up slowly, he headed for the door. As he approached his car, he could hardly believe they were letting him.

As soon as he did, they would be begging for mercy from him.

The Trunk Of His Car

The waitress watched Pat through the front window as he walked out of the restaurant. To make sure he didn’t do anything suspicious, she watched him closely.

He was going to do exactly that. With a grin on his face, he opened his trunk. 

For emergencies like this, the veteran kept the item in his trunk at all times.
