Their motion is really slow and it is caused by their new roots that tend to grow towards sunlight.
Ancient Settlements

On March 2018, Archaeologist Jonas Gregorio de Souza along with his crew found out that there were 81 ancient settlements in the Amazon! According to the archaeologists, these ancient settlements dated between 1250 and 1500.
They also believe that about 1,000,000 people might have inhabited the forest before the arrival of Europeans.

This river has a really bad reputation. Its temperature can rise up to 93 degrees Celsius. No one knows what causes this phenomenon. However, locals believe that The Boiling River is a place where power is channeled.
Goliath Birdeater

Goliath Birdeater is said to be the biggest spider in the world. Its body is about 5 inches long and its diet includes basically birds. Imagine coming across this huge tarantula that is big enough to eat birds.
Thankfully it can’t cause serious harm to humans, but if you touch it, it causes irritation.
