Girl Vanishes, 7 Months Later Hiker Tells Cops To Look Closer At Log Pile

Dermot suddenly heard it as he passed by a log pile. The sound was different to the sounds of nature around him. He listened more closely before he thought the log pile was normal. He was dead wrong. When he heard it he felt his pulse start to race as he crept closer.

Dermot had a passion for the outdoors. He loved hiking whenever he could where he could smell fresh pine and feel the dirt under his shoes. He spent a lot of time surrounded by nature. But Dermot was oblivious to the fact what he’d stumble upon one fateful day.

Dermot resided in the town of Riverwood. It was small enough that everyone knew each other and was very neighborly. Something would happen in the town that would turn everyone’s lives upside down.

A young woman named Alice had vanished after visiting a friend. All that they found was her pink bike. She lived with her parents and they were a wreck when they couldn’t find her. They thought that maybe she got lost on her way back. But that didn’t account for no one even seeing her.

Over 100 neighbors and residents decided to lend a helping hand to Alice’s family and started town wide search for her. The police stepped in to help. The crowd got to Alice’s house where they met with the parents and started the search.
