How Much People Really Make In The Military

People in the military get paid in many different brackets. They don’t all fall under the same pay grade. But higher ranks don’t necessarily mean higher pay.

E stands for enlisted, W for warrant officers, and O for commissioned officers. Then a number next to the letter indicates the pay bracket.

When a person enlists they normally get a salary for supplies, food, and other things that they need.

Most enlisted military personnel make approximated $400 a month. Officers get $266 per months. These allowances aren’t bad right? But the salary only increases.

A cadet gets the smallest salary in the military. But there are other benefits like not having to pay to tuition.

Cadets, or students, get paid a little over $1,100 every month and $14,200 for their annual salary.
