Pixee wanted to look like Jessica Rabbit, but she needed to get six of her ribs taken out in order to get the unrealistic thin waist of her cartoon idol.
“My goal is to capture the exaggerated femininity of beautiful animated characters like Holly Would, Jessica Rabbit, and Aurora,” she wrote on her GoFundMe page. The surgery cost her $120,000.
Matt and Mike Schlepp To Brad Pitt
The twins appeared on MTV’s “I Want A Famous Face” because they wanted to look like Brad Pitt. They both spent over $15,000 on cheek operations, cheek implants, jaw implants, nose jobs, and got porcelain veneers as well.
Despite the initial difficulty they had with trying to eat, they were both happy with the results.
Jordan James Parke To Kim Kardashian
This British makeup artist is a huge fan of Kim Kardashian, (which is hum, kind of obvious!) And if you look at his Instagram, you’ll see that it’s full of selfies and pictures of handbags and fur coats that he loves to show off, just like Kim K.
In order to look like her, he underwent a lot of procedures, which cost him around $150,000, and required him to load his face with Botox and collagen to keep up with his transformation.

The Brazilian-raised former Versace model spent over $240,000 to get four ribs taken out, as well as rhinoplasty, liposuction, and butt implants, just so that she could look like Kim Kardashian.
She even posed in her birthday suit for a photoshoot in Las Vegas, Nevada that would have fooled any Kim K fan.
