Brett and Georgia Elliot tied the knot in front of their friends and were as happy as could be. They were completely compatible as both were bloggers and writers, their success lying in the fact that neither needed to ever leave home to be successful.
When the idea of kids came around, they agreed that it was a decision that could wait. Both wanted to travel a little first before settling down to raise a family. After moving into a condo, both soon realized that they may have made a mistake.
Different From Others
The couple were natives of Maine and had been together a long time. Living in a condo had its obvious comforts but the Elliots soon realized that they yearned for more.

The couple wasn’t against being successful. However, both felt that there had to be more to life than simply waiting for the weekend. Since they both worked flexible hours, neither had been the typical nine to five sort.
Even at a fairly young age, they had managed to save quite a bit and decided to use it to travel a bit. At the time, neither could have foreseen how much this decision would end up affecting their lives.
Finding A Niche
The pair traveled from South America to the Caribbean and loved every minute of it. They found that adventuring together actually brought them closer.
The last leg of their trip was at an island paradise. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to the bustle of city life that both wished it would never end. The trip left such a lasting impression that after returning, both felt like a huge change was needed in their lives.
