Quarantined Man Sees Woman Dancing On Roof And Goes To Epic Lengths To Ask Her Out

Tori let out a laugh. She couldn’t believe what she was doing, but she knew it needed to be done. With uncertain times ahead during the Covid-19 pandemic, Tori just wanted to make others smile.

But then she noticed a man; standing on a balcony of her adjacent building. He was staring at her, a smirk plastered on his face.

Stuck Inside  

Jeremy Cohen, a photographer, had spent the past two weeks in quarantine. He had pretty much watched everything on Netflix, eaten the entire contents of his apartment and, like all millennials, had scrolled through TikTok around 50 times a day.

As he flicks through Instagram he sees filtered images of couples spending quarantine together. They’re laughing and smiling. Jeremy lets out a sigh.

Hopeless Romantic

Jeremy hasn’t always had the best luck when it comes to love. A self-proclaimed hopeless romantic, his last date was over a year ago, and it’s pretty safe to say it didn’t go too well.

Being confined in his apartment, Jeremy was craving social interaction. It was times like these where Jeremy, more than ever, wanted someone special. Little did Jeremy know, a certain someone special would soon come into his life.

Clapping For Key Workers

It was a sunny Saturday afternoon when the sound of cheering and clapping echoed throughout Jeremy’s New York Skyline apartment. He walked out on his balcony and started to clap — along with thousands of other New Yorkers — for key workers.

He was clapping for his mom who was a nurse, his sister who was a midwife, and his friend who was a delivery driver. But then suddenly, Jeremy noticed something.

Who Was This Girl? 

Across the adjacent building, a girl was dancing on her roof. The vague sound of music lingers in the air as the girl fully gets into her routine. Her feet slammed onto the ground, and her arms were thrust high in the air.

Smiling to himself, he shouts and waves. “Who is this girl?” Jeremy thought as he watched her dance.
