A Farmer Discovered Boulders The Size Of A Car – They Turned Out To Be 10000-Year-Old Fossils
He couldn’t believe it. The sound of police sirens pierces the air while crowds are gathered around in farmer Juan De Dios Sota’s backyard.
“What is that?” Shouts a member of the crowd before pointing at the strange object Juan had found 40 minutes earlier. As he wipes the sweat from his forehead, Juan notices a police officer walking towards him; a stern look plastered on his face.
Juan lets out a sigh. And to think this started out as just an ordinary day.
A Simple Sunday Morning
It was a sunny Sunday morning in Buenos Aries when Juan De Dios Sota decided to take his cows out for a walk in his field.
After finishing the last page of his newspaper and gulping down the last drop of his fresh coffee, Juan gets up from the table and makes his way over to his wife. He kisses her goodbye and opens the back door.
But little did Juan know what he was about to uncover.
A Strange Noise
Walking across the field, Juan breathes in the fresh air. There had been a drought in Argentina for a while now but Juan was happy to see the cattle were doing well. He pats one cow on the back and carries on walking through the eerily quiet field.
But then one of his cows starts making a strange noise. A noise that startled Juan.
Looking For Water
When cows are thirsty, they’ll do pretty much anything to find water. They’ll endlessly roam around, searching for their next drink to quench their thirst.
Sometimes it can result in a stampede but thankfully Juan’s cows were sensible and clever. And so, as the cows spread out over the field, little did Juan know that his cows would help him discover something extraordinary.
Where Was She?
Walking across the field with the wind hitting his face, Juan shouts out to one of his cows. Nessie, the eldest of the herd, had been missing for a few minutes now.
Normally, she’d come marching round the corner and Juan would give her a good telling off for wandering around. But this was not the case today.
