Man Grabs Creature Not Realizing What It Really Is

Lori and Dirk Morgan happily ran a lodge in Costa Rica. It felt like the best retirement they could have ever asked for.

They loved it because they were both passionate about nature. The business wasn’t huge but enough to keep them happy.

Keeping It Small

This newest week the couple only had two people staying at the lodge.

The two guests rented a canoe from them and chatted to Lori about where they should go. Dirk was busy making food on the grill for everyone and smiled. Life was perfect.

Getting Grub Ready

He smelled the smoke and tasty scents that accompanied it. He knew his guests would be satisfied with the meal he was making.

He looked out at the beach as he cooked the food. Then he noticed something on the sand.

Out Of Place Color

He noticed a different color standing out among the rest of the beach.

He knew that it couldn’t have been a piece of wood that washed ashore. But it was moving all on its own. It was an animal of some sort.
